Kuehne + Nagel provides integrated transportation and logistics services for its entire supply chain, with global coverage in maritime, air and land transport.
K&N needed to implement a Business Intelligence system that would make flexible and dynamic analysis on existing data.
A critical point of the project was the implementation phase of the Data Quality process, validating business rules and performing complex calculations oriented to the temporal efficiency (GAPS).
The BI system provides the following operational tools: OLAP Analysis, Dashboard and Reporting AdHoc, integrated into the K&N's ERP system without asking again for log in.
Pentaho Business Intelligence offers flexibility in Reporting and Analytics tasks that K&N requested.
