Migration of Business Objects (BO) and custom dashboards
The analysis of the services and the waiting lists was limited by a monthly basis and only with data from SAP. It was necessary to improve the data data analysis with daily loads, using a tool different to Business Object OLAP viewer one.
After that, customer is able to analyze data every day, using the different Pentaho STTools: STPivot (an OLAP viewer), Adhoc dashboards with STDashboard, Reporting Adhoc and custom dashboards. BO has been changed to a more visual analysis tool with more intuitive graphics (instead of using a numeric report).
Furthermore, it has taken the Pentaho BI platform to add new datamarts apart from the caring activities one, such as HR.
